December 2nd, 2024

Dear friends and partners of MHM,

we wish to provide an update regarding the recent developments at MHM. As everyone has heard, MHM has unfortunately run into financial difficulties. The cause of the financial difficulties was in the past and it has hindered the continuation of the company immensely. In response, we have taken decisive steps to secure the future of the MHM brand and restore its market position through the establishment of a successor company. After disputes between the insolvency administrator and the owner of the company, the insolvency administrator has decided to create clear conditions:

    1. the owner will be expropriated.
    2. The company Machines Highest Mechatronic GmbH is closed in order to be able to carry out the expropriation.
This now means:
  1. The company is no longer owned by Ulrich Loser (L’fficiency Holding GmbH).
  2. The corporation will continue to operate under the name MHM (as a trademark) and the business will be maintained. We are pleased to report a strong order pipeline.
  3. The company has been listed for sale as of November 14, 2024, and numerous interested parties have already come forward.
  4. A new entity will eventually be established to carry forward MHM’s legacy under a new name.
We acknowledge that this transition has caused temporary disruptions, particularly with service and spare parts delivery. Here’s how we plan to address this:

1.Spare parts:

Deliveries of outstanding orders will commence on December 9th, 2024, with completion expected by December 31st, 2024.

2.Machines production:

Production of new machines is resuming, with existing orders scheduled for delivery within 12-15 weeks. The first units are being shipped this week.

Our top priority is to fulfill all existing commitments while focusing on the near future. We are also excited to announce that, despite recent challenges, we have made significant progress on several new product developments. These innovations will be introduced to the market soon, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for MHM.
